The First Step
When you call TriCounty at Home, a representative will answer your questions and address any concerns you may have. Upon your approval, we will begin services by sending a staff member to your home to conduct an initial consultation. All findings and requests are then scheduled into TriCounty at Home’s approved plan of service.
The Perfect Fit
We will compare your preferences to our caregivers’ qualifications, ensuring a compatible match. All caregivers are fully insured; and undergo thorough interviewing, testing, and screening prior to employment. Caregivers are regularly supervised and evaluated to ensure that TriCounty at Home’s high service standards are met.
My wife and I are in our 80’s now and she is struggling with health issues. I needed some HELP caring for her. She has trouble with her balance and memory and just isn’t able to do a lot of her own personal hygiene, housekeeping and day to day things that used to come so easily. We would like to stay living as independently as possible for as long as we can. Mary Ellen Mooreland was recommended to us through a referral and has worked out really nicely. She is caring, compassionate, trustworthy and reliable. I really don’t know at this point in our lives how we could do it without her help. We were so lucky to have found Mary Ellen and company.
TriCounty at Home has been the perfect solution for us. We only need occasional help a couple of times a week, and the fee schedule accommodates that perfectly! Inez is friendly and efficient, often getting things done even before I have a chance to ask. Everything gets done exactly the way we want it, and if there’s some down time between tasks she looks for other things to clean to keep busy. I would definitely recommend Inez and TriCounty at Home to anyone who needs a caregiver or even just some extra help around the house.
I liked Tri-County At Home from the start. I spoke with Mary Ellen, the director, and we just formed a connection from the beginning. She has a great group of women working under her, and she herself will even fill in from time to time if the caregivers are short staffed. Every staff member we have had has been very personable, caring, and sweet. They care for my loved one, do activities with her, come with us to doctors appointments, they cook, clean, and help with the groceries. Tri-County At Home is an excellent service, and I would recommend.
I’am very satisfied with the services my parents have been receiving from this home care agency. My parents are doing, and everything is working out very well. The care givers that have come out to help have been great. They show up on time, and have been very helpful with anything we ask of them. The experience is going well, and this is a home care agency I would recommend.
